What is DTF printing?

What types of garments can I use for DTF printing?

DTF printing works well on various fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends. It's ideal for t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel.

How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse our extensive range of products, select your desired item, and upload your design using our upload tool. Once you’ve finalized your selections, proceed to checkout. After your order is processed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. A mockup will then be sent to you within 24-48 hours with your design, ready for your approval. Once approved, production will start.

What if I need help using the uploading my design or don’t want to use it?
If you prefer not to use the uploading tool or require additional assistance, we’re here to help! Simply send us an email or fill out our contact form, and our team will be happy to assist you in creating your design.

Can I provide my own artwork?
Absolutely! We encourage you to submit your own designs. To ensure the best printing quality, please ensure that your artwork adheres to our file specifications. For detailed guidance on creating high-quality designs, please refer to our Artwork Guidelines page.

Can I have different sizes and colours in my 10 Pack of tees?

Our 10-Pack offers complete flexibility in sizing— you choose any combination of sizes to suit your needs. You can do this by simply completing checkout as usual, then send us an email detailing your preferred sizes. We’ll provide you with a mockup of your order, along with a confirmation of your selected sizes and colors. Once approved we will begin production.

Can I order blank shirts?
Yes, you can order blank shirts through us. However, we must adhere to strict guidelines set by our suppliers. While we can sell a variety of brands as blank items, please note that AS Colour shirts cannot be sold blank. Additionally, we have a minimum order quantity for all products, including blank shirts. If you attempt to order AS Colour products without a design, we will be required to cancel your entire order to comply with our supplier’s policies. If you have specific requirements or questions about our products, our team is here to assist you in selecting the right items for your needs.

Why is there an outline around my print?
You may notice a faint outline around your design; this is a press mark resulting from the application of the design onto the garment. We recommend washing your garments before wearing them, as this will help to fade the outline.

How should I care for my printed garments?
For optimal longevity, we recommend washing your printed garments inside out in cold water and avoiding harsh detergents. Never tumble dry and avoid any direct heat to the print.

What is your turnaround time for orders?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of your order and current demand. If you need your order sooner, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, there is a minimum order quantity. To ensure efficient production and maintain our commitment to quality, we require a minimum order of 5 products per order. This policy allows us to streamline our processes and provide you with the best possible results for your custom printing needs.

Can I Supply My Own Garments?

No, we do not print on customer-supplied garments. Our printing services are exclusively available for items that we have thoroughly tested and vetted to ensure optimal print quality and durability.We maintain partnerships with major wholesalers, allowing us to offer competitive rates on a wide selection of high-quality garments. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

What is your return policy?
